1. When is Mega Sale?
   SHOP HOURS: 10 November 10:30am - 6:30pm & 11 November 10am - 6pm
   ONLINE: 10 November 00:01 - 12 November 23:59 [3 days only]
   * No coupon code is required
2. Do I need to pay for shipping?
   Hong Kong delivery: Free delivery for orders over $500 via SF Express, otherwise, a $30 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
   International delivery: shipping fee will be shown at checkout, it varies depending on the destination and weight
   * If second delivery is required for sold out/preorder item(s), customers DO NOT need to pay for shipping again.
3. Which payment methods are available?
   We accept Visa, MasterCards, Octopus, Alipay, WechatPay and cash at our shop. For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCards, AE, BankTransfer, PayMe, FPS, Alipay, WechatPay.
4. What products are 30% off?
   30% discount applies to ALL retail products, including pre-order items. If a product is sold out, you may also make the purchase within the sale period to enjoy 30% off.
5. I am a VIP member, do I get extra discount?
   VIP member discount cannot be combined with the Mega Sale discount.
6. I am not yet a VIP member, how can I join during Mega Sale?
   If you purchase over HK$1000 (before discount), you instantly become our VIP member and are entitled to our exclusive VIP Privileges. 
7. If I purchase the sold out item(s), when will I receive it?
   We apologize for the insufficient inventory, all sold out items are expected to be restocked in mid-December and we will deliver the items as soon as they are available.
8. When will I receive the pre-order item(s)?
   Our pre-order cut-off date is the 28^th of each month, so the pre-order items will be arrived in mid-December.
9. Will I still receive free samples with my purchase during Mega Sale?
   Yes, you will receive 1 free sample for every product purchased. Please choose your sample(s) here and add them to your cart.
